I'm James Foden

As a Career and Business Strategist, I help people like you unlock your values and purpose so that you can then align your career or business strategies to achieve your desired goals.

So who am I to help you do this, why am I doing this, and how do I do it?

I can help both individuals with career and business goals because I have had three career transitions: first, from employee to entrepreneur and business owner in the engineering and manufacturing sector; second, from working directly in the engineering and manufacturing sectors to becoming a recruiter; and third, combining all of my career and business experience into a new business venture.

Throughout my personal career, I transitioned from being a tradesperson to a manager, project manager, sales and marketing, and business owner over a period of 20 years.

Over the last seven years, I have worked in recruitment and spoken with some 35,000+ individuals about careers and business challenges, opportunities, and transitions, with a focus on the engineering, utility, and executive space while working in recruitment. During this time, I have also been on an advisory board and a committee member in the staffing industry.

I am currently a Professional Member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (MRCSA), and I have previously been an AWA Professional Member and held CompIEAust and MIPWEAQ credentials.

The reason for me now offering this service is because I wish it had been available to me throughout my journey as it would have been a fast track by providing a clear roadmap.
